The characters known as Jellyfish (クラゲ, Kurage) are NPCs that can be found in the Dense Woods, and also make an appearance during the final scene of the game. They are red and maroon in color and resemble jellyfish or weeping flower buds.

The Jellyfish are odd creatures that are mostly maroon in color, particularly on their legs and head, the latter of which has a bulbous shape. They have red, poncho-like frills drooping over or making up their bodies, which are outlined in bright red.

The Jellyfish in the Wilderness is found by riding the Train to the Barracks Settlement. Once the player has trapped the Mouth Monster, the Jellyfish can be found in a building that resides past the entrance to the settlement, on the left side of the front road past the entrance.

The Teleport Maze, also known as the Cubes Maze, can be found by talking to the Jellyfish in the Frog Path section of Dense Woods B. Toriningen may also occasionally teleport you here. The exit leads to a part of the Wilderness with a box that takes you to FC World A.

Two Jellyfish from her dream world approach from different directions and surround the red smear as the credits appear, and the mournful ending theme begins to play. By pressing the '1' key, the lower Jellyfish produces a low chime noise.

Jellyfish World is an underwater looping world in a dark ocean. The ocean floor is filled with algae, plants, streetlights, and small jellyfish. Giant purple, green, and blue jellyfish can be seen floating above Minnatsuki, along with siphonophores.

One of the rooms in the destroyed school will have a chalkboard with a hand symbol on it. Use the hand effect near it and pick up the purple item (a key). Go back to the regular school, and go to the top floor. Go in the previously locked bathroom and touch the jellyfish.
