I am clearly signed in as the screen says "Hi, John" But the only two options presented are Try DirecTV Stream (where I'm prompted to pick a package) and Sign. Out.

To do that, you can follow these steps below: Change your user ID from your Profile - Sign in at directv.com. - Select Change under User ID.

Jan 11, 2025 · Known issue that a couple threads have discussed. Hopefully fixed soon, but I suspect it is a lower priority than the migration (AT&T leaving the TV industry) and making sure you get the TV service (programming, etc.) to begin with.
