Oct 6, 2022 · Ethiopia has a focus that causes them to go into exile once they capitulate. They "join" allies (can't call anyone into the war) and the war "keeps going" (you don't even get the stability penalty for being at war). So now you occupy the regions not own them (ethiopia is the original controler, you're just occupying it).

Combined with void singers, 30% cheaper apostles/missionaries, mosques, upgraded religious governor, and hagia sofia, then you've got an essentially unbeatable religion.
