Aug 6, 2023 · So Super Saiyan Blue would be significantly stronger than 4. Like worse than SSJ1 vs SSJ2. SSJ4 is the full potential of a mortal and it couldn’t even beat a sun universe level threat. God form almost destroyed a universe and it’s capabilities are way below MUI, the potential unleashed for a god.

I'd say SSJ4 is a better form for long fights, as it drains very little ki in comparison to Blue. Power-wise it really depends. I've seen someone say SSJ4 was 1.6 billion times stronger than base. DBH/DBX places them in the tier.
