Aug 24, 2018 · I am playing the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I have been playing Spider Solitaire. I notice that one of the awards in this game is called Entangled. According to the pop up tip, I need to "win a game of Spider Solitaire by drawing all of the extra cards before making a move."

Missing Solitaire levels / awards / titles after PC crash & reinstall
Jan 1, 2024 · Solitaire games to play and discovered I had lost all of my levels, awards, and titles, (Spider was at about level 2040 and Klondike was at about level 460). My stats which are visible after a game is played are still there. I had worked back up to level 24 again in Spider but when I shut down my computer, the levels were lost again.

Bug in Microsoft Solitaire Collection around 1st Place Finish awards
May 22, 2018 · There's a bug in Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Approximately a week ago the number of 1st Place Finish awards I had started to increase markedly. I can't remember how many I actually have, but it's around 30. As far as I can tell, no other awards are affected.

C:Users\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData. It wouldn't allow me access. Is there any way to retrieve my levels? many thanks
