I have seen the copies running right into the next night because of this. When this happens, I can see that a Garbage Collection job has taken over 24 hours to complete. So I want to schedule my jobs differently and I just wanted to know the best order to do so. I will assume that it is Garbage Collection before Scrubbing and then Optimization.

Feb 11, 2011 · Lets say you have a total collection containing 1000 workstations, but you only want it to deploy to 200 of them and then stop until you ask it to resume, so in this instance on 5 occasions until completed. Is there a way of creating a sub collection (without queries etc) which just temporarily extracts 200 workstaions from the existing list?

Jun 8, 2009 · Hi Brad, On the site collection that you want to send the alerts from, if you go to Site Actions>Site Settings>People and Groups>(In the area where the Quick Launch bar is) click on All People, and then if you see one of the users you want to send an alert to and click on their name, do you see a correct email address for them?
