If you are a Square Enix Members account holder, you will still be able to log into the new storefront with your existing account information.

During the time frame, Square Enix changed distributors, away from ScaleFast, but confirmed that all previous pre-orders would still be fulfilled. That said, I would be happier if they did package their vinyl items more securely. They package the box sets in a box with shipping paper and bubble wrap sealed in a box.

Jun 8, 2023 · There's artnia, and a square enix Cafe in akihabara. I've been to both (in 2019), and they have small shops with square enix goods inside. Some of the big anime and figure stores in Akihabara had small final fantasy displays in them, too. I can't recall the name of specific ones, but it's a fun treasure hunt nonetheless.

But their costumer services and store is pretty bad, horrible. Some recommend avoiding it as much as possible (i.e. buy from Amazon the game client and get time cards instead of a sub) so you can avoid the hassle of having to deal with their services. On personal experience it is a headache, one I avoid as much as possible.

First, double check your account's region on the Mog Station (Login > Square Enix Account Settings > Account Information). You're looking for "Your Registered Region." If it lists "The Americas" then your account is NA, and you need to buy the game from the NA SE Store.
