May 31, 2022 · Mainly seen being used by Wild & Gorgeous Screens, and DIYTransfers. Check them out on Tik Tok if you’re not sure who or what i’m talking about. They seem to use the same vendor. They resell prints for 3-4$ so i would assume it costs them anywhere between .25 to .50 per screen. These aren’t DTF they’re actually screen print.

I asked about platens a while back for this and I know there is a company that makes specialty platens and one has "sleeves" that fold up for loading the shirt and then actually pull down in to the shirt sleeves. Problem is, I don't have $500 for one platen.

Nov 18, 2023 · Emulsion haze, that is, improper drying after washout where unexposed almost invisible emulsion/water mix dries and just won't let the ink through. We use a vacuum for drying the screens after washout before putting them in the drying cabinet. From the looks of the print, 99% of your image isn't printing, but is certainly on your screen.
