I know have privilege as a white trans woman and I’ll never know the experience of a POC or a black trans woman but I know since I have a large platform I wanna be able to let them speak up and come forward however I can help

one time pre transition I saw a trans woman come in for an interview. Afterwards, I asked my (gay!) manager how it went and he laughed and said “we don’t hire men that play dress up here.”

I think I would prefer to date a kind trans lesbian woman than a selfish cis lesbian woman.
