“The Wizard of The Emerald City,” or “Волшебник Изумрудного города,” is an all-new Russian adaptation of the 1939 novel of the same name, written by Alexander Volkov. This novel of course, being a Russian adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s, “The Wodnerful Wizard of Oz.” This film, directed by Igor Voloshinx, is set for a Russian release on January 1st, 2025.
